The prominent global based socio-political organization with special interest in the good and welfare of the people of Imo State Nigeria, IMO GLOBAL FORUM will hold several town hall meetings across various locations in December 2022.
According to a press release jointly endorsed by the group’s coordinators: Dr. J. Iyke Agu MD, PhD (USA), Chief Chris C. Osuala MBA (Canada) Ikenna Duru PhD (Europe/Asia), the town hall meetings with an agenda “Sustaining the Peace, Progress and Prosperity of Imo State in 2023 and beyond” would take place on December 11, 2022 at Novotel Wembley London United Kingdom and Privathotel Lindtner Hamburg Germany by 3pm local times.
The town hall meetings for North America would hold on Saturday December 17, 2022 at Springhill Suites by Marriott Toronto Canada and 2525 Richmond Avenue Houston Texas, USA by 4Pm local times.

The meetings would be held in a hybrid manner with physical presence required of Imo citizens within the respective countries of the meeting venues while others across the globe are requested to attend virtually via Zoom meeting platform.
It would be recalled that Imo Global Forum has held such town meetings in the past in various locations across the globe such as Houston USA, Montreal Canada, Florence Italy. Birmingham and London United Kingdom, Hamburg Germany among others.
The essence of Imo Global Forum is to galvanise Imo people to aspire and achieve together. It is also to ensure that Imo comes before self-interest as it promotes the interest of one people one destiny. The group is determined to support, promote and place Imo State on the horizons of limitless opportunities while telling the Imo story without bias, compromise, prejudice, favoritism or partisanship.
The forum at its last global town hall meetings commended the Imo State Governor Senator Hope Uzodinma for his giant strides in recovering stolen state assets, engaging in massive infrastructural developments across the state, tackling insecurity, running an inclusive administration, improving the quality and access to education in the state, reviving the agriculture and health sectors of the Imo economy and paying attention to industrialization, youth empowerment, technology and innovation.
The representatives of the Forum would travel from various countries to Imo State during this festive period for on-the-spot assessment of the progress made under the current administration.
